Agreement to Receive Text Messages
Focus School Software will use the shortcode to send SMS messages to students, parents, and school district staff notifying them of school/district events, student attendance, and URLs that will direct them to our mobile app and/or student information system.

By providing your mobile number, you agree that Focus School Software may send you periodic SMS messages containing but not limited to important information and updates.  The following Terms and Conditions apply: 

1. Opt-Out
   To unsubscribe, reply STOP to any message.
2. Help
   For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact Customer Care at 877-410-6637.
3. Message Details
   Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
4. User Responsibilities
   You agree to notify us of any changes to your mobile number and update your account to reflect these changes.
5. Data Usage
   Data collected through the SMS service includes your mobile number, carrier name, message content, and timestamps. This data will be used to deliver requested services and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimers
   Focus School Software and participating carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues or other circumstances beyond our control.
7. Changes to Terms
   These Terms and Conditions are subject to change. Continued use of the SMS service constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
