Executive Assistant to CEO
Focus is looking to expand our team by adding an Executive Assistant to the CEO. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing and maintaining the CEO’s calendars and correspondence, generating reports and documentation, as well as serving as a liaison to the CEO and other members of the Executive Team.
National Sales Director
Focus is looking to expand our team by hiring a National Sales Director to help lead us in our mission to serve an increasing number of districts across the nation. To be considered for this position, a candidate must have a proven track record of sales success in the K-12 public school marketplace, with extensive experience building strong relationships with district leaders nationally.
Focus is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of Customer Success. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting the VP of Customer Success and implementation team in various project related tasks. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with software and technology with an interest in project management, whose long term goal would be to move into an Account Executive, Project Coordinator or Project Management position.
Director of CTE/Adult Education
The Director of CTE/Higher Ed will provide general supervision and guidance to the CTE project coordinators, account executives and trainers. The Director of CTE/Higher Ed has ultimate responsibility for assuring the success of the Focus Postsecondary System through sales, implementations, and the support of existing districts.
Focus is looking for a highly motivated individual to act as a Project Coordinator for districts preparing to go through the implementation of Focus software. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all areas of the project to ensure milestones are met and be the sole liaison between the client and Focus throughout the implementation.
The Account Executive will be responsible for primary communication between their assigned District and Focus, as well as building relationships with the client to ensure their educational needs are being met. The Account Executive will be expected to demo our product, speak on a highly technical level about the products, and become a professional, reliable liaison between the company and existing / future clients.
Technical Support Technician (Tier 1)
The Tier 1 Support Technician position is full-time remote and entry-level (work shift is 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST), but one of importance in the organization’s success. The support position is the voice of Focus when a client calls and is often the first line of communication when the district is reporting an issue.
