Timely System Configuration

Focus offers system preference solutions to allow the district to configure grades, attendance, scheduling, and more to meet the district processes.  Focus allows for local field and report development for district accountability.  Report card and transcript template setup is part of the project execution.  The Focus team completes initial setup but empowers the District with the knowledge to modify the system to meet their needs.

Accurate Data Migration

Focus provides comprehensive but easy to understand data layouts for migrating the District data from its legacy system.  A member of the Focus data migration team is part of the project team and will have regular communication with the District data team. Focus provides a data validation plan as part of the project to ensure data is successfully loaded and validated for accuracy.

Skilled Project Team

Our project teams implement using a Growth Mindset.  We are adaptable and flexible within the disciplined framework established for the implementation.  Our teams are prepared to consult on district processes, provide product expertise, and lead quality assurance efforts.  The project team is led by the project manager but includes a support representative, data migration team member, an account executive that will remain with the district post implementation, a trainer, and an integration expert.

Ongoing Customer Support

Focus believes that exceptional customer service is everything. When you are part of the “Focus Family” you can expect to be treated as such.

Our dedicated Project Managers and Account Executives serve as your first line of support and are backed by our Tier 1 & 2 customer support teams. After the system goes live, the Account Executives continue to inform and consult with the district teams on a regular basis. Post implementation training continues to be offered through the Focus weekly webinar sessions, our Help portal that contains documentation, release notes and video lessons for each module and district-specific training upon request.
